Mrs. Alma A. Stradal, 84, of 1610 Hamilton Street, Manitowoc, died Sunday afternoon, July 8, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Pfeffer Funeral Home. The Rev. Arthur H. Wille will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Stradal, nee Alma Anna Havlichek, was born October 1, 1899, in the Town of Kossuth, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Joseph and Ida Hagenow Havlichek. She married Louis Stradal on October 27, 1920, in Manitowoc. The couple resided in the Town of Kossuth and then at Branch. The couple then moved to Manitowoc to reside. They celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary in 1970. He preceded her in death on October 21, 1960.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Delores and Chester Deubler and Elaine and Lester Deubler, both of Manitowoc; two granddaughters, Mrs. Randal (Pamela) Oehldrich and Mrs. George (Barbara) Wales; two grandsons, Dr. David Deubler and Peter Deubler and two great grandsons, Brian and Michael Wales; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Just and Mrs. Lillain Petrie, both of Manitowoc. She was preceded in death by four both (sic) brothers, Joseph, Charles, Harry and William Havlichek and a sister, Clare Havlichek Dvorak.
Friends may call at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, from 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock this Monday afternoon and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service. Memorials may be made to St. John United Church of Christ.
