Philip H. Headley, 42, of Alliquippa, R. D. 2, a former resident of Pine Bank, died at 10:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, 1958, in the Rochester General Hospital. His death followed a short illness.
Mr. Headley, a son of Mrs. Ocie Phillips Headley and the late Fred L. Headley, was born June 18, 1915 at Pine Bank. He was employed at Monaca as a guard for the Koppers Company and had made his home at Alliquippa since shortly after World War II.
He was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church, Knights of Pythias Lodge 296, at Pine Bank, and of Rochester Lodge 229, F. & A. M. He served in Europe with the Army during World War II.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Eileen McCallough Headley and two children, Connie and Vickie Lynn, both at home.
