Mrs. Sevilla Belle Spencer of Springfield died Sunday at St. Francis Hospital, Peoria, after an illness of two weeks. She was 81. She is survived by two sons, Homer of Springfield and Donald H. of Durham, Ark.; seven daughters, Mrs. Ralph Dodd and Mrs. Ernest McCustion, both of Fayetteville, Ark.; Mrs. George Mayes, Springdale, Ark.; Mrs. Opal Warren, Pico, Calif.; Mrs. Claude Fisher, Peoria, Mrs. Henry Gathard and Mrs. Earl McKennedy, both of Springfield; one sister, Mrs. Will Robbins, Elkins, Ark.; 29 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren. - IL State Journal, Springfield, I, 9021018=959
