HERMAN KNEISEL DIES IN WISCONSIN

Charles City – Funeral services for Herman Kneisel, 73, who died Monday at Beloit, Wisconsin will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Shekler Funeral Home, Nora Springs. He was a former Charles City resident.

Survivors include three sons, Marlin, Charles City; and Percy and Foy, both of Beloit. Two brothers, John and Charles, both of Charles City, and two sisters in California also survive.

Burial will be in the Rudd Cemetery.

Herman Fred Kneisel was born October 13, 1884 in Iowa, the son of John Kneisel and Anna (Apel) Kneisel. His parents are buried in the Eden Presbyterian Cemetery, Meroa, Mitchell Co. , Iowa. He married Mabel Dean, the daughter of Elmer Ellsworth Dean and Nellie (Robeson) Dean.
