William R. Miller - son, uncle, brother, father, husband and papa. He is the son of the late Russell and Beatrice Miller. He is a WW2 veteran and was stationed in the Middle East and Pacific theaters, worked for 30 years as crane operator at Union Carbide metals, and, 13 years at the Wood County Airport, until his death in November, 1996. He is the father of four children, listed from oldest to youngest: William J. Miller, Kathy D. Miller Dawkins, Rhonda E. Miller Stout, and, Rita C. Miller Powell.
He is a very proud papa to 3 grandsons, listed oldest to youngest: William R. (Ronnie) Dawkins, Michael J. Dawkins, and, David (Davey) E. Stout. And, a great-granddaughter, Raylen Dawkins, whom he never had the delight to know, love and cherish.
