Gale was a General Sessions Judge for many years in Nashville. He was probably the most fair Judge ever to sit on the bench. While at the same time one of the strictest. If you went in his courtroom you had one thing going for you and that was Gale. You were right until the DA proved you wrong, when that happened the wrath of Gale came down on you like a ton of bricks. Even after you were convicted he made certain that you were treated with dignity and respect. He will and is missed by all who knew him. He was my friend.
