LEXINGTON -- Services for Alisa R. "Sissy" Wilson, 32, of Lexington will be 3:30 p.m. Thursday, January 17, 2002 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes, Lexington Chapel, with burial to follow in Southland Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be the Rev. Harry Miller. Pallbearers will be Bobby Oakes, J.J. Sturkie, Scott Sturkie, Joe Mayberry, Bo Richardson and Andy Stewart. The family will receive friends from 7-9 this evening, January 16, 2002 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Homes Lexington Chapel.
Miss Wilson died Sunday, January 13, 2002 with her son, the late Kenneth David Wilson. Born in York County, she was a daughter of Jerry Sr. and Becky Childers Wilson.
Surviving are her daughter, Nikki Wilson of Lexington; mother and father of Lexington; sisters, Beth Platts of Pelion and Samantha Tessnear of West Columbia; brother, Jerry Wilson Jr. of Irmo; nephews, Bobby Oaks and Dylan Platts both of Pelion, Jerry Wayne Wilson of Irmo and Stacy E. Wilson of West Columbia; niece, Ashley Wright of Irmo. A brother, Kenneth Wayne Wilson, preceded her in death.
