Donald R. Minor Sr., 68, of Winchester, died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002, at Winchester Medical Center.
Mr. Minor was born May 12, 1934, in Kingwood, the son of Asa F. and Bertha Jane Minor. He was of the Methodist faith.
He was married to Vonda P. Lewis Minor, who died Feb. 29, 2000.
Surviving are two sons, Donald R. Minor Jr. and Daniel C. Minor, both of Winchester; a daughter, Amy Pearl Jane Berg; a brother, Richard Minor of Hopewell; two sisters, Brenda Sines and Dorothy Bolyard, both of Tunnelton; and five step- grandchildren.
A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Arthur H. Wright Funeral Home in Terra Alta, W.Va., with Pastor Barry Adkins officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery, Kingwood.
Cause of Death: Respiratory Failure due to Emphysema
