Thursday evening, Sept. 18, in Brownsdale, Minn. He was born at Lansing,
Minnesota July 15, 1897 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman F. Miller. He came to
Sturgeon Bay in July 1942 and was employed as an electrician by the Sturgeon Bay
Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Co.
At the time of his retirement he was employed by Roen Steamship Company. After
his retirement in 1966, he and his wife, the former Grace Martin of Sturgeon
Bay, went to live in Brownsdale, Minn.
Surviving are his wife Grace; one brother Frank, Zumbrota, Minn.; daughter Iola;
two sons, Eugene R. and Floyd Miller and three grandchildren, all of Sturgeon
Bay.
Funeral services were held at the Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, Minn, on
Monday, Sept. 22, with the Rev. Carl Koch officiating. Interment was at Lansing
cemetery, Lansing, Minn.
