Anna Ursula Gerlach was born in what was then Cronenberg, Dusseldorf District, Rhine Province. However, in 1929 the German government merged Cronenberg with some 6 other industrial cities & shortly after that the huge complex was renamed Wuppertal. According to the Otto "Rudolph" Crecelius parchment document, she was the daughter of Johann Adam Gerlach, a ". . . master cabinet maker of Cronenberg . . ."

Anna Ursula was married on 9 Jul 1759 in Reichelsheim, Nassau, Germany, as the 2nd wife of Otto "Rudolph" Crecelius (1725-1787).

Children of Anna Ursula & Rudolph include:
~ Maria Elisabetha Crecelius (1761-1850)
~ Wilhelm Christian Henrich Crecelius (1762-1764)
~ Anna Magdalena Crecelius (1765- )
