Traci D. Rains Tabor, 40, a resident of Russellville, passed into heaven on Monday, March 28, 2011, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville, Ark.

She was born June 8, 1970, at Emporia, Kansas to Charles Dempsey and Margie D'Ann McVey Rains.
She was employed at PDQ South in Russellville, and was a Baptist.
She was a 1988 graduate of Salem High School.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Allen Rains; her grandparents, Bill and Donna McVey and Tim and Bessie Rains.
Survivors include two sons, Sean and Chris Tabor, both of Russellville; their father, Donnie Tabor of Jessieville; her parents, Charles Dempsey and Margie Rains of Russellville; two brothers, Randy Rains of Russellville and Tim Rains of Lakin, Kansas; a sister and brother-in-law, Marjeana and Ronnie Taylor of Pottsville; and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at Union Cemetery at Union, Arkansas with the Rev. Carl Neal officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service.
