Leo Czewski, of Ubly passed away at his son's home under hospice care after a short illness.
Leo was born on the family farm in Ubly to the late Frank and Julia (Suida) Czewski.
He married Agnes Heleski on Nov. 17, 1928, at St. John Catholic Church in Ubly. She preceded him in death on June 8, 1980. He married Marjorie Schell on May 22, 1976. She preceded him in death on Nov. 2, 1999.
Leo farmed for many years. He owned and operated his own scrap metal yard in Ubly from the mid 1940s to the present. He attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Sandusky and was a parishioner at St. John Catholic Church in Ubly. He was a former Ubly Fox Hunter's member. Leo loved and enjoyed music, dancing, euchre, hunting, and gardening.
