Dorothy Willis Harvey, 72, 7801 W. 66th ST, Bedford Park, IL, formerly of Columbia, KY, passed away Monday, October 2, 2006, at 9:12pm in Illinois.
The funeral service will be Saturday, October 7, 2006, at 11:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Rev. William R. Davenport officiating. Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery.
She was the daughter of the late Lone and Eula Bryant Willis of Adair County.
She was united in marriage to Dale T. Harvey on September 9, 1951.
Besides her husband, she is survived by the following: Five children: Glen Dale Harvey and his wife, Mary, Bridgeview, IL; Kenneth Wayne Harvey and his wife, Linda, Homer Glen, IL; Janet Louise Riola and her husband Dale of Channohon, IL; Joyce Ann Harvey, Bedford Park, IL; and Jacalyn Carol Jaconetty and her husband, Domenick of Palos Heights, IL
One sister: Bobbie Louise Perkins of Argo/Summit, IL
She was presided in death by one sister, Mary Willis Covey.
She was a member of the Baptist Church in Argo/Summit for 30 years and was active in both the Women's Misionary Union and in hospitality, and was a home executive.
Visitation will be after 3:30pm CT, Friday, October 6, 2006, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY.
