Mother of Six Dies
Mrs. Frank Griffith, of Oxley, died last night of
appendicitis. She was a woman of something
less than middle age, the mother of six children,
the youngest of whom is 9 months old. The hus-
band and father survives. Mrs. Griffith's maiden
name was Warden, and she was a cousin of Mrs.
F. J. Bair, of this city.
Funeral services were conducted at her late
home at Oxley last Sunday, followed by burial at
that place.

Succumbs to Operation
Mrs. Frank Griffith, of Shady Springs, died
here last Friday following an operation for
appendicitis.
Mrs. Griffith was 40 years of age, and is
survived by her husband and 6 children,
the youngest of the family being an infant
9 months old.
The body was prepared for burial by H. T.
Calfee and Son, and was taken to the home
cemetery for interment.

claimed for his victim the wife of
Frank Griffith. Funeral services
were held Monday at Shady Springs,
where interment was made, services
being conducted by Rev. A. L. Hut-
