For some years, A. H. farmed the Madison Co., IN land, and later, in the early 1900s, became involved in the manufacture of ice cream in Davenport, IA, probably as a result of his wife's brothers having an ice cream making facility in Anderson.
Apparently, the IA adventure was short lived, for before 1920 the Biddles had returned to Anderson, and Albert had begun what would be a lengthy career in the automobile manufacturing industry.
No children appear to have been born to this Biddle couple.
