WESLEY E. BRUGGE
Wesley E. Brugge, 62, of St. Nazianz, died Sunday morning, Feb. 13, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Lutheran Church, Valders. The Revs. Carl Peters and Oz Twedt will officiate and burial will be in Our Savior Cemetery, Valders.
Mr. Brugge was born May 11, 1920, at Shelby, Iowa, son of Harry and Myrtle Reese Brugge. He attended schools in Iowa and Hannibal, Wis., and married Elisabeth Stenzel Sept. 11, 1948, in Germany. He had been employed with John Miller Implement Company, St. Nazianz.
Survivors include his wife, a son, William, with the United States Army in Germany, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Brugge of Janesville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Jeannette of Mukwonago, Wis., and Leland and Maxine of Council Bluffs, Iowa; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Marian and Ray Osmundson of Janesville, Darlene Mittenzwei of Stetsonville, Wis., and Patricia and Wayne Robertson of Hannibal, Mo., nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. A son, Michael, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders, 730 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday.
