MATHILDA I. ERICKSON

Mrs. Theodore Erickson, 66, nee Mathilda Evenson, lifelong county resident, died suddenly today at the farm home in Cato. Death was due to a stroke.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. from the Erickson home and at 2 o'clock from Our Saviors church at Valders. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Erickson was born in 1875 in Cato and in 1896 was married to Theodore Erickson. They located on a farm near Quarry.

Survivors are the widower; four sons, Lorenz and Lavern of Chicago, Ernest of this city, Russell of Cato; two daughters, Mrs. Clarence Krueger of route 1, Valders, Eva, at home; three brothers, Ole, Olaf and Edward, all of Valders; four sisters, Sophie and Mrs. Peter Bodwin of Milwaukee, Mrs. Rudolph Rudie and Mrs. John Helgreide of Minneapolis; and six grandchildren.

The body will be moved from the Erickson home to the Berge funeral home, Valders, Thursday evening.
