Death came to Mrs. Carrie Gilbertson at her home here Wednesday morning after a short illness due to a stroke of paralysis. Mrs. Gilbertson, widow of Gibert Gilbertson was born February 24, 1850 in the town of Liberty and had been a resident practically all her life of this community.
She is survived by four daughters, her husband having preceded her in death twenty-two years ago. Mrs. Peter Sorenson of Liberty, Mrs. Ralph E. Yound of Seattle, Wash., Miss Cordelia Gilbertson of Chicago and Mrs. E. Hansen of Tigerton, two sisters Mrs. Ole Thompson of Seattle and Mrs. T. Logan of Tigerton and one brother Martin Lorson of Seattle and also nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Our Saviors church of which she was a member Sunday afternoon, the Re. O.K. Espeseth officiating.

The funeral of Mrs. Carrie Gilbertson will be held from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Peter Sorenson at Valders Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial will take place at the Valders cemetery.
