PETER S. HANSON

Peter S. Hanson, 50, a resident of Valders for 20 years, died Tuesday night at his home in the village following a lingering illness.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. from the Berge funeral home at Valders and at two o'clock from Our Savior's Lutheran church in Valders.

Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery. Mr. Hanson was born in Macintosh, Minn., in 1892 and saw two months service in Wold War I. In 1921 he married Mrs. Olg Brown and shortly after they moved to Valders. Until taken serously ill, Mr. Hanson was employed as a guard at the ship yards here.

Survivors are the widow; step-son, Everett, of Valders, three step-daughters, Mrs. Lester Voigt and Clarissa of Valders, Mrs. Charles Conrad of Milwaukee; five brothers, Matheson of Fargo, N.D., Ole, Amond, Nels and Hans all of
Minnesota; four sisters, Mrs. Andre Seter of Chicago, Mrs. R. O. Siverson, Mrs. John Koepang, Mrs. Vernon Matteson, all of Minnesota.

The body may be viewed at the funeral home from Thursday noon until the hour of the services.
