Charlie E. Mozingo, 82, of Speedwell, died at his home Thursday, February 17.
Survivors include his wife, Lou Mozingo of Speedwell; sons, Verlin of Greenback and Lewis of Alcoa; seven daughters, Mrs. Bertha Goad of LaFollette, Mrs. Dalis Edwards of Speedwell, Mrs. Cecil Gentry of Knoxville, Mrs. Bonnie Page of Lake City, Mrs. Myrl Perkins of Knoxville, Mrs. Hester Wilde of Maryville, and Mrs. Ruby Harbin of of Knoxville; 19 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and his sister, Mrs. Isabell Green of Middlesboro, Ky.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ralph Mundy officiated.
