Funeral services for Peggy Gene Cloud, 75, were Thursday, August 23, 2012 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating was Brother Charles Hall. Interment will followed in Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Keithville.

Peggy was born in Mansfield, LA on November 17, 1936 to William and Jena Kavanaugh. She passed away on August 19, 2012 in Shreveport. She was a resident of Stonewall, LA and a Baptist. A was a retired teacher's aide for the DeSoto School Board. She enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening and bird watching.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Bill Kavanaugh and sister, Margie McKee.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband; son and wife; three daughters and two sons-in-law; five grandchildren; one sister.

The family expresses a special thank you to The Bradford staff, WK North Hospital staff, Dr. Joseph Jones and Dr. Zabaneh.
