Lillian Nickerson Finley, Lifelong Area Resident
Lillian Nickerson Finley, 88, died Saturday at Kingston Hospital after a short illness.
Born in East Kingston Oct. 5, 1897, she was the daughter of the late William and Viola Whitney Nickerson. A graduate of Moran Business School, Mrs. Finley had been employed by the Ulster & Delaware Railroad and Rondout National Bank.
Her husband Clifford T. Finley, died March 25, 1976.
Survivors include a daughter, a granddaughter and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Keyser Funeral Service, Port Ewen Chapel, Broadway and Stout Avenue. The Rev. David Brechter and the Rev. John Needham will officiate. Burial will be in Montrepose Cemetery, Kingston.
