Services will be held this afternoon for Jane Louise Hungerford-Trapp of Shelton. She died in Tacoma on April 14. She was 45.
She was born in Seattle on April 5, 1951. She graduated from school in Eugene, Oregon. She had lived in Shelton for 20 years.
Ms. Hungerford-Trapp was fond of dancing and waterskiing. She enjoyed nature and spending time with her family and friends. She was a waitress at the Capital Restaurant for five years and was a promising accountant. She was going to return to college to take classes in psychology.
Survivors include her daughters, Isadora Cruz of California and Jessie Trapp of Shelton; her grandson, Zakaria Bocook-Trapp; her parents, Leona and Jack Hungerford of Union; her brother, James Hungerford of Union; five nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives.
Memorial services are scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, at the Shelton United Methodist Church. Her remains will be cremated and placed next to those of her sister at Mountain View Cemetery in Tacoma.
