He was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Adrien A Frechette. His twin brother, Charles F., was serving in the same company.
He was an FHS, Class of '67 graduate.
He is honored on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Awarded the Purple Heart, National Defense, Vietnam Service, and Vietnam Campaign medals.
