The Fitchburg Sentinel initially reported Corp. Frechette missing* after the Army vehicle he was traveling in was ambushed on June 17th.

Funeral held July 2, 1969.

He was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Adrien A Frechette. His twin brother, Charles F., was serving in the same company.

He was an FHS, Class of '67 graduate.

He is honored on the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.

Awarded the Purple Heart, National Defense, Vietnam Service, and Vietnam Campaign medals.
