Son of the late Herbert and Mildred Morford Eisenbrown, he was a veteran of the United States Army (Korea). He was a deputy PA game commissioner for 28 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a member of the N.R.A., and the Butler Hunting and Fishing Club. He was a truck driver for Plunkett Motor Freight and Hufnagel Majors. He was survived by his wife, Betty Ann Brandstettter Eisenbrown (married on September 14, 1963); two daughters, Barbard Schmitt (Don) and Hazel Ann Kulbacki (Dan); son, Clayton W. Eisenbrown, Jr. (Linda); brother, George Eisenbrown; sister, Geraldine Bonzo; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and an extended family of relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tiffanie Eisenbrown; three brothers; and two sisters. He was a member of English Lutheran Church in Zelieenople, PA, where his funeral was held on June 3, 2012
