Miles Man Dies after Operation

Lee Shatto Succumbs in Big Timber; Was 57

Big Timber, July 6 (Special) Lee Shatto of Miles City, 57, died at a local hospital Monday following a major operation. He had been a guest of his daughter, Mrs. Gregory Palmer of Big Timber for the last month. Another daughter, Miss Iris Shatto of Miles City was here during her father's illness.

Mr. Shatto was a native of Nebraska. He was born on Sept. 3, 1881. He is survived by four daughters and five sons. Burial is scheduled to be at Miles City.
