C. S. Miller married Jane ("Jennie") Rucker on 23 July 1867, in Williamson County, Tenn.
Children of that marriage include William Rucker Miller, Fannie Miller Battle, Charles B., Clarence Pillow, Adolphus Hatcher and Thomas Callan Miller.
Son Charley died of typhoid fever in Dallas, TX, in 1914. A H Rucker, informant, stated that Charley was married, and was to be returned to Little Rock for burial.
