BICKNELL, UTAH. Our kind and beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Adonna Larsen Taylor Johnson, 84, died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2004 in Richfield, Utah. She was born September 12, 1920 in Koosharem, Utah, a daughter of Edgar and Hazel Brown Larsen. She married Cassell Taylor, October 18, 1941 in Bicknell, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. He died December 26, 1946. She married Engelbert "Bert" Johnson May 18, 1950 in Bicknell, Utah. He died January 15, 1990. Adonna was an active member of the LDS Church. She held many church callings throughout her life. She loved her family and enjoyed crocheting, flowers, gardening, all kinds of music, the Utah Jazz, the Utes, shopping, and her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. Adonna will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children: Roscoe C. and Dorothy Taylor of West Valley City; Douglas C. and Marie Taylor of Sandy; Charlotte and Tom Hunt of Torrey; Bruce A. and Noreen Johnson of Bicknell; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sisters and brother: Vonda Bastian of Moab; Clyde and Francis Larsen of Cortez, Colorado; Oleta and Maynard Lambert of Kamas; several nieces and nephews; special neighbors, Meeks and LaWana Morrell; Wayne and Shirley Smith. She was preceded in death by both husbands; her parents; two sisters and two brothers, Norma, Daphen, Glen and Lavard. Funeral services held Friday, October 15, 2004 in the Thurber LDS Ward Chapel in Bicknell. Burial will be in the Bicknell Cemetery under the direction of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
