Jacqueline Elaine Nix was last seen in late September of 1999 while using a pay phone to call her boyfriend. Her friends and family would never see Elaine alive again. Nine days later her body was found in an industrial area in Buford GA. To date, her murder is unsolved. There is an ongoing investigation into who is responsible for the murder of Elaine.
