Robert Henry Logan was the son of Robert "Bob" and Virginia Jane "Jennie" Logan.
He was born June 22, 1840 in Fayette Co., AL and on October 10, 1867, he married Mary Elizabeth Matthews at the home of her parents in Lamar Co., AL.

Robert died June 21, 1884 in Marion Co., AL after his clothes were caught in the belt of a threshing machine and pulled him in the machine. He is buried at White House Church of Christ Cemetery just out of Haleyville.Married Mary Elizabeth Matthews
