Tamzie Rinehart Knudsen, 94, died April 6, 1999, at Crofton Nursing Home, Crofton, Md. Born Feb. 22, 1905, in the community of Walnut Ridge, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Elijah and Minnie Ola (Waters) Rinehart. She was reared and schooled in Redfield, Ark. During World War II, she worked at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. Prior to retirement in 1970, she was employed by the International Paper Company, Bagpak Division in Camden for 25 years.

Mrs. Knudsen, is survived by her son, John Rodger Heaton, and wife, Mary, of Davidsonville, Md.; one daughter, Barbara Heaton Crabtree, and husband, Leon, of Melbourne, Fla.; a sister, Flora Lawhon of Redfield, Ark.; one grandchild, April Hartmann of Orlando, Fla.; and four great-grandchildren.
