JAMES KIRKPATRICK.
James Kirkpatrick, formerly of this city and son of the late James and Eliza Kirkpatrick, died Saturday at the home of his niece, Mrs. Armstrong, Greensboro, N.C. The deceased was a brother-in-law of J. A. H. Power, the retired wholesale liquor merchant, formerly in business on Grand Street. Mr. Kirkpatrick was born in this city and lived for many years on Grand Street, where his parents owned considerable property between Main and Marshall streets.
