son John one negro boy; 100 acres joining William FINCH and an equal part of all my moveables as soon as he comes of age or his mother joins in wedlock
son Enoch one negro boy; one lott of land that I Henry Rector, now lives containing 156 acres and an equal part of all my moveables when he comes of age or his mother joins in wedlock
the remainder part of my negroes to be equally divided among my daughters, likewise an equal part of all my moveables

to my wife a bay mare which I got from Timothy Howell last
Fall and two cows...
to my wife the sheep which she brought on this plantation...
to my wife all the goods and effects whatsoever I became
possessed of in consequence of my marriage with her and
effects which she became possessed of by the death of her
former husband, Harry Rector... excepting such articles as
I have paid for to the Ex'ors of Harry Rector's Estate...
I give and bequeath to my sons, Joshua and Jonathan Gore,
to be equally divided between them, the following negros:
Jude, Harry, Janney, Jam, Will, and Warner...
my two sons Josua and Jonathan to be my Executors...
to sell the plantation whereon I now live...
