Ann was born May 30, 1933, in Kansas City, Kan., to John and Anna Stimetz. She was a graduate of Holy Family Elementary School and Bishop Ward High School. For over 25 years she worked part time at Hallmark Cards Gold Crown Store in Overland Park, Kan. She was a former member of Holy Family Church, with membership in St. Veronika's Lodge KSKJ, and at the present time a member of Queen of the Holy Rosary Church. Ann enjoyed doing her needlework, making afghans and doing crosstitch, and traveling whenever she could.
Preceding her in death were sisters Mary Stimetz and Frances Vesel, and a brother, John Stimetz. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 58 years, Joseph T. Morley of the home, and her loving daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Morley and Rod Sheumaker, Colorado Springs, Colo., and one granddaughter, Felicia Sheumaker, as well as many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
The visitation is 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th St., Kansas City, Kan., with the rosary being prayed at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Queen of the Holy Rosary Building Fund. (Arr.: Skradski Funeral Home, Kansas City, Kan., 913-371-1404.)
