Billy was born in Lawrence, Kansas to Icy Ann and Frank Lee Bradley and moved to Denver, Colo. in the mid 1950's. Billy worked along with 'Popie' in the Iron workers field and was a union steward and superintendant with the Iron Workers Union in Colorado. He and Frank Tate 'Popie', stepfather helped to build many of the high rise buildings in downtown Denver, Colo. in the 1950's.

Early in his adult life Billy was always an entrepreneur...
and involved in several areas, IE: Worked in sales, owned and operated Taxi cabs, and owned "Billy's Place" café (*pictured).

Billy was a great dancer, doing the 'Jitterbug' with sister, Fran and together they entered and won many contests with their unique style of dancing. I remember uncle Bill as very sharp dresser and kept his beautiful black wavy hair just perfect using what I remember as Brylcreem hair oil.

He married Mary Jo and adopted a son Bill John in the early 1960's.

Billy was also a charter member of the Moose lodge in Denver, Colo.
