Marvin D Adami, of Billings, passed away on Aug 18, 2012. The fifth child of Leo and Dortha Adami, he was born on May 5, 1938, in Casper, WY, and raised on the family dairy farm in Buffalo, WY. In high school, he was involved in all sports, 4-H and FFA. He even tried his hand at saddle bronc riding, but soon discovered it was not his sport! He attended Casper College and Montana State University, graduating with a degree in business.
Marv and Joyce Maki married on Jun 1, 1963, and were blessed with two daughters. He began his career as a real estate broker in Billings and retired in 2000.
Marv enjoyed participating in church, the Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis and various service groups.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce; daughters Nicole (John) Martin and Mandi (Andrew) West (grandchildren Abigail, Levi, Isabella and Jonah); sister Geraldine Campbell, mother-in-law Louise Maki; sister-in-law Bee Adami, brother-in-law Patt Lynch; numerous nephews and nieces; and his faithful companion, Rudy.
Preceding him in death are his parents; brothers Melvin and Lee; sister Doris Jones; and sister-in-law Karen Lynch.
