Mrs. Mary (Addario) Ferrante, 94, of Gorham NH, passed away on April 15, 2007, at the St. Vincent de Paul Healthcare Center in Berlin NH. She was born in Cascade NH on
July 1, 1912, the daughter of Valentino and Pasquarosa (Dalphonse) Addario, and was a lifelong resident. She founded Mary's Pizza in 1947, which she operated until her retirement in 1969. She was a member of Holy Family Church.
Members of the family include her son Anthony Ferrante and wife Dorothy of Cascade NH; grandchildren Jim Ferrante and wife Maggie of Randolph NH, and Donna Ferrante of Holiday FL; great-grandchildren Joe Ferrante of New York NY, Dan Ferrante of Westbrook ME, Tony Ellis of Holiday FL, and Kristin Mock of Tarpon Springs FL; great-great-grandchildren Trevor and Dylan; brothers John Addario, and Armand Addario and wife Lucille of Gorham NH; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her husband Camille Tom Ferrante; son Larry Ferrante; brothers Constantine Addario, Tony Addario, Eugene Addario, and Joseph Addario; and daughter-in-law Lorraine Ferrante.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday April 23, 2007, at 11 AM at Holy Family Church, Gorham NH. Interment will be in the Holy Family Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 1 Promenade Street, Gorham, on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM.
