Kenneth Lee (Hot Rod) Piepenburg, 60, of 436 Springdale Drive, Brillion, died may 29, 1992 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, after a short illness.

Funeral services will be at Faith United Methodist Church, Brillion. Rev. David Werner will officiate with burial in the Brillion Community Cemetery.

He was born April 19, 1932, in the town of Rantoul, son of Bernice Fischer Piepenburg and the late Elmer Piepenburg. He married Arline Fuhrmann on April 6, 1968 in Brillion. He was a tool and die maker for the Ariens Company for many years. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Brillion, the church choir, and the Men’s Octet. Ken enjoyed bowling, golf, and watching sports.

Survivors include his wife, Arline; his mother, Bernice Piepenburg of Brillion; mother-in-law, Helen Fuhrmann of Chilton; a sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Warren Belonger of Brillion; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Roger and Ellen Piepenburg of Brillion, Elliot and Marlene Piepenburg of Appleton; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Bernice and Gene Juergens of Cedarburg; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and a son, Michael.
