Oliver "Reed" Ralston
Oliver "Reed" RALSTON Died August 3rd, 2002 suddenly in Salem, OR of natural causes. Born June 26th, 1969 in Reno, NV where he spent most of his life. After moving to Seattle to attend art and music colleges he soon met with struggles. Dreams were never realized. Reed had a highly imaginative and artistically creative mind with a charming and easy going quick wit. Always a good listener and having a built in, natural affection for people allowed Reed to make friends easily. In school he tested in the superior range for creative eye and hand coordination of which he put to good use creating/playing music, clay ceramics, sketching, car design/mechanics, metaphysics, reading and dancing. Reed also enjoyed socializing. There are no services. Cremation and final resting at Shedd Cemetery, Shedd, OR. Donations in his name to N.W. Aides Foundation are much appreciated. Reed is survived by his wonderful friends, his companion Allen, his beloved dogs, Penny and Zeke, numerous aunts/uncles, grandmother Katherine, father Robert, and little sister Sophie Ralston, all of Reno, grandfather Arn Roduner, mother and stepfather Norma and Don Arthur of Albany, OR..
