GAILYA PUSSER DAVIS, 70, of Collierville, died on Mon., Sept. 27, 2004 at her home in Byhalia, MS.
The wife of William H. "Bill" Davis, who survives. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and worked part time at the family business, Davis Grading Co., in Collierville. She was born on Dec. 2, 1933 in Finger, TN, daughter of the late Carl and Helen Harris Pusser. She had made her home in the Byhalia/Collierville area for over 30 years and was a Baptist in belief.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on Thurs., Sept. 30th at Shackelford Funeral Directors Bolivar Chapel with Dennis Callahan and David Cooper officiating. Burial was in West Memorial Baptist Cemetery in Saulsbury.
In addition to her husband, whom she married Feb. 11, 1965. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, John Howard and Buford Hayes Pusser. The family requests that memorials be directed to West Memorial Baptist Church.
