Obituary - Charles A. Carter died yesterday at his home on Homan Avenue, Blue Point, at the age of 73. He leaves his widow and one daughter, Mrs. Walter Baylis of Blue Point, and a son, Carleton Carter of New York. The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 from the home, Rev. Norman A. Hall of the Methodist church officiating, with burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Mr. Carter was a former Coast Guard, retiring in 1919 after 38 years of service.
