Mr. Thomas Stoltz, 72, of Hunter Road, Lexington, died Friday, Aug. 31, 2007, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Mr. Stoltz was born Nov. 29, 1934, in Forsyth County to Thomas McKinley Stoltz and Berta Butner Stoltz. He was retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. with 34 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Claudia Ann Stoltz. Surviving are his son, Barry Eugene Stoltz, and wife Barbara of Lexington; daughter Tommie Ann Visic and husband Velko of Belgrade, Yugoslavia; a sister, Mary Hawks, and husband Grady of Rural Hall; and two grandsons, Alekander Visic and Marko Visic of Belgrade. The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 4, at Union Grove Baptist Church, where he was a member. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
