Sandi was born in Oswego New York to Janet Marie Bresett and due to circumstances beyond her mothers control, was given for adoption shortly after her birth. Her adoptive parents were Harry M Howland and Caroline M Baldwin Smith and they predeceased her. Sandi loved animals and was owner/operator of Doggie Stylin in Simsonville, S.C. She also owned several horses. Sandi and her son Daniel "Gabe" Smith were brutally murdered by her husband who then committed suicide.
