Emil Arthur Argento, 28, Meeteetse, Wyo., truck driver, died of infection at a local hospital at 1:30 p.m. Friday after a brief illness.

He was employed by Manning & Brown, Inc., oil distributors, and during the last several months had been making his home in Powell, Wyo.

Mr. Argento was born in Gebo, Wyo., Dec. 12, 1914. He married Eleanor Margaret Moore at Red Lodge on Sept. 29, 1939.

Surviving are the widow, one daughter, Sharon Louise, 3; one son, Arthur Clair, 18 months; the mother, Mrs. Minnie Argento of Thermopolis, Wyo., two brothers, Charles Argento, now stationed with the army at Fort Lewis, Wash., and Allen Argento, also in the armed services, and a sister, Pauline Argento of Thermopolis.

The body is at Smith's funeral home. It will be taken to Powell Saturday in charge of the Easton funeral home of that city, and burial will be at Meeteetse.
