Cecilia Bieber, 82, of RR 3, Box 512, Muncy, died at home on Feb. 16, 2003. She and her husband, Britton S. Bieber celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on November 5. They were married in Hagerstown, Md.

Cecilia retired in 1966 from Philco in Watsontown after 15 years of service. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Turbotville. She enjoyed NASCAR racing and traveling around the United States. She also loved camping and boating. Cecelia and Britton traveled to Florida for 22 winters. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and a good cook.

Born March 31, 1920, in Exchange, she was a daughter of Beeber L. and Alice M. Michael Schoch.

Surviving besides her husband are one son, F. Bieber of Watsontown; three daughters, A. Sones of Milton, Fla., F. Wilhelm of Muncy, K. Houseknecht of Falls; 12 grandchildren, 12-great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; one aunt, Mildred Smith of Muncy, Wayne Michael of Turbotville; nieces and hephes. A son, Larry W. Bieber, predeceased her.

The funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Wallis-Grenoble Funerla Home, 121 S. Main St., Muncy, with the Rev. Bruce A. Amme officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park.

Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

The family will provide the flowers. The family suggests memorial contributions may be sent to the American Lung Association, 1857 E. Third St., Williamsport, 17701.
