Virginia was the oldest of two children born to Charles and Maude Keister Lamborn. Her younger brother was Charles Alonzo Lamborn.

Virginia married Jerald Demarcus Lack and together they had two daughters, Cheryl and Janice.

REDDING - Services for Virginia Catherine Lack, 88, of Redding will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Lawncrest Chapel in Redding. The Rev. William Stegall of First United Methodist Church in Redding will officiate. Burial will be at Lawncrest Memorial Park in Redding.

Born March 24, 1909 in Chicago, she moved back to Shasta County in 1991 from Auburn. She was a homemaker, a member of Auburn Faith Hospital Guild, Pioneer Methodist Church in Auburn and First United Methodist Church in Redding. Survivors include husband Jerald; daughters Cheryl German of Petaluma and Janice Bassett of Redding; and two grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Society of America, Greater Sacramento Area Chapter, 3020 Explorer Drive, Suite 11, Sacramento, CA 95827.
