Dean W. Bohnsack, age 66, of Brooklyn Park, died Friday, March 23, 2012 at VA Medical Center in Minneapolis. Dean was born January 13, 1946 in New Prague to Ralph W. & Mary (Lloyd) Bohnsack. He grew up on a farm in Le Sueur County and went to Le Sueur High School and Mankato State College. He served in the US Army and then worked as a bank examiner for the State of Minnesota.

Dean is survived by son, Karl D. Bohnsack; daughter, Kristine A. Bohnsack; grandchildren, Nikoe & Jakob Bohnsack & Travis Godfrey; brother, Duane F. Bohnsack; sister-in-law, Darlys Bohnsack Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lloyd T. and Gary T.

Services for Dean will be held Thursday, March 29, 2012, at 1:00 PM at Redeemer Lutheran Church in rural Henderson on Hwy 19 with visitation 1 hour prior to service also at church. Interment will occur in the church cemetery.
