Mary K. Rentzel YORK Mary "Babe" K. (Kroft) Rentzel, 87, passed away at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2004, at Manor Care South She was the wife of the late Lester C. Rentzel. Mrs. Rentzel was born on July 31, 1916, in Emigsville. She retired from the former Allis Chalmers in 1982 as a supervisor in the print / reproduction department after 29 years of service. She was a member of the 25 Year Leisure Club of Voith and attended Hayshire United Church of Christ, York. She is survived by a son, Dennis L. Rentzel of York (Shiloh), two granddaughters and four great grandsons. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2004, at 11 a.m. from the LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home Inc., 2290 School St., York (Shiloh). There will be a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. Officiating will be Rev. Phyllis J. Baum, pastor of Hayshire United Church of Christ. Final resting place will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
