Henly - Edward Joseph Henly III, a retired engineer for New Orleans and Lower Coast Railroad, died Saturday of skin cancer at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was 82.
Mr. Henly was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and was an Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Edwina Harding Henly; a brother, Elroy Henly; and four sisters, Norita Lauman, Eileen Meilleur, Evelyn Stanifer and Irene Moncrief.
A funeral will be held today at 9 a.m. at Mothe
Funeral Home, 1300 Vallette St. Visitation will begin at 7:30 a.m. Burial will be in Westlawn Memorial Park. 03-03-1997 Times Picayune
