Coral was born in Macon, MO and attended high school in Lancaster, MO. He attended college in Kimberlin Heights, TN.
His first pastorate was at Winchester, KS. He later held pastorates at Junction City, Peabody, Norwich, Larned, South Lawrence, and Wichita. He held the pastorate at Arkansas City from 1924 to 1942 before going to Miami, OK. Next, he served at Columbus, KS before he joined the forces of the United Drys in Topeka.
He served as the chairman of the Kansas United Drys, and held offices on the state missionary board. He was president of Arkansas City Ministerial Alliance, and served as president for the state convention.
He married Jessie Folsom Long on June 14, 1908 at La Plata in Macon County, Missouri. They were the parents of Paul Myron (b. 1911), Kenneth Coral (b. 1913), Zelma Irene(b/d. 1916), Royce Elwood (b.1918), Duane Elmore (b. 1920), and Winston Eugene(b. 1922).
